- Layer fresh chopped veggies, with different cheeses and olive oil, favored olive oil would be great! Cook in oven at 400 degrees until veggies are to your liking!
- Try mixing any of the following: eggplant, zucchini, yellow squash, onion, green beans, asparagus, artichoke hearts, brussel sprouts, turnips, parsnips, spinach or potatoes.
- Cheeses may include Parmesan, feta, and goat cheese.
