Every Sunday evening my family…all my aunts, uncles and cousins would go to Grannie’s house for dinner. It was always a treat and definitely a surprise because she was such an innovative cook…way before her time. She was the reason my dad was such a wonderful and experimental cook! She was trying to get us into salmon, before they realized how important it was for your health.

Here is the original recipe card she gave me around 35 years ago… a few stains have developed over the years! Now you could use fresh, cooked salmon or smoked, if you prefer.
