2 C sugar
2 C water
fresh mint
crushed ice
Kentucky bourbon
  1. Boil the water and sugar for five minutes.
  2. Cool and put in a container with bruised mint leaves, about 6-8 leaves.
  3. Refrigerate overnight.
  4. Fill glasses with crushed ice, add 1 T of the mint syrup and 2 oz. bourbon. Blend.
  5. Garnish with fresh mint. CHEERS...
